This function is use to construct component parts with round cross sections.

Component part selection is performed with individual registers:

Option		Description
Layer Settings		Opens the actual layer manager.

Duct		Function to draw pipes.
Transition round		Function to draw round transitions.
Elbow round		Function to draw round elbows.
T-Piece round		Function to draw round Tees.(through flow).
Wye-Piece round		Function to draw round wye-parts.
X-Piece round		Function to draw round intersections.
Component part		Function to draw round component parts.
